Job specifics: • Answer phones and greet visitors • Maintain forms, labels, and filing • Manage uniform inventory • Entering employee time data • Responsible for timesheet accuracy • Creating and maintaining reports • Order portable toilets for job sites • Call in utility tickets for jobs • Screens prospect calls • Schedules appointments • Warranty follow-ups with clients • Job folder and schedule tag creation • Promotional mailings • Creating/maintaining various reports • Communicate details with clients • Assist administrative team as needed

DESCRIPTION: • Two years turf care experience required • Operate turf fertilization, aeration, and seeding equipment • Operate all mowing, turf, and leaf removal equipment. • Perform irrigation system audits, adjustments, and minor repairs. • Perform lighting system checks and repairs. • Perform water feature system checks and minor repairs. • Plant health care applications as directed. • Apply pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. • Perform snow removal operations as required. • Field client questions, concerns, and requests while on-site. • Communicate with operations leader regarding systematic issues. • Report quality control issues to group leader. • Enforce safe work behavior and maintains safe work sites. • Assist with executing warranty claims and problems.
REQUIREMENTS: • Must have 1-2 years of mowing experience on zero turn and stand-on mowers
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and random screening throughout year
• Insurable driving record
• Must be able to obtain Registered Tech Pesticide license within 60 days of hire
PAY RANGE: $12 – $16/hour, commensurate on experience
