Planning & Design
Every amazing landscape begins with a dream! Dreams quickly turn into visions, visions into plans and plans into reality – your own landscape paradise! Below are the typical planning stages you will experience in creating your dream:
BRAINSTORMING
Start dreaming! Collect ideas using online resources such as Pinterest and Houzz. Create idea books or boards that showcase what you like. Keeping notes about what you like during this phase helps you create your vision. Think about the investment you want to make. Although you may not know the cost of your landscape dream, be thinking about a general range with which you are comfortable.
DISCOVERY MEETING
This initial meeting is an opportunity to have one our experienced Landscape Professionals come to your site so they can learn more about the project you have in mind. We use our time together to ensure we fully understand your issues, challenges and goals so we can work to help find you a solution. We typically ask you to budget about 1-1.5 hours for this meeting. There is a fee for this visit.
DESIGN
After listening to you, our team of certified and experienced designers begins creating landscape solutions that reflect your vision. We use our expertise to ensure the design stays within your budget. With the latest technology in landscape software, we can introduce full color plans, 3-D models and video walk-through of your property.
COSTING
Once you are satisfied with your design, we can provide you with a concise and accurate quote to build your dream landscape. Unless specified, our projects are always priced lump sum, not cost-plus. This assures that, with our expert planning, you will not experience constant and costly change orders throughout your project.
Construction
Your plan becomes reality! Our highly trained and very skilled master craftsmen work diligently to install your new landscape project. Our team members’ skills and expertise in the following areas ensures a job well done:
