Carpentry Team Member
The Carpentry Team Member is an experienced team member working in the construction division of the company. This position will begin by working individually and grow into a team of two or more, in the construction of pergolas, arbors, trellises, decks, porches, pool houses (exterior and interior). The Carpentry Team Leader is able to operate a variety of equipment and has extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. They have advanced knowledge in construction means, methods, techniques, electricity, basic plumbing and works with minimal supervision.​
Pay range $14 - $18/hour
Hardscape Technician
Perform such tasks as assisting with project layout, installing stone base and compacting, installing conduits and utilities, installing drainage structures and piping, installing pavers, installing flagstone, dry-stacking boulders/rocks/stones, installing retaining walls, pouring concrete footings, grading landscapes, installing landscape lighting.

Horticulture Technician
The Horticulture Technician is an experienced team member working under the supervision of a team leader. The primary function of the Horticulture Technician is to assist the Team Leader in performing horticultural services on jobs. The Horticulture Technician is able to operate a variety of equipment and has thorough horticultural knowledge as well as lighting, water gardens, and irrigation.

Landscape Technician
The Landscaping Technician is an experienced landscaping team member working under the supervision of a Team Leader. The position assists Team Leader by way of providing experienced help to the job and has the capability to perform most landscape related tasks at a basic to advanced level. The Landscape Technician is able to operate a variety of equipment and has a working knowledge of horticultural practices.
Pay range $14 - $17/hour
Human Resource Director
The Human Resource Director is responsible for all hiring, on-boarding, retention, and benefits administration for the company. This person has well-rounded knowledge in human resources policies and procedures, will oversee the H2B worker visa program for our company, is excellent at recruiting and employee retention, and plans and organizes company events. He or she will keep detailed logs of all team members, as required by law, and for the development of the team member.
Mowing Technician
Perform such tasks as assist with project layout; installing annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees; installing silt fences; installing drain pipes and boxes; installing mulch; pruning plant materials; installing dry stack walls and boulders; grading and lawn installation; plant fertilization; irrigation drip install; landscape lighting installation; sod installation; and dry creek beds.

Sales Professional
A Landscape Sales Professional is a team member that has a positive attitude, passion to ensure client satisfaction and be a motivated goal-seeker. This person should have a distinct ability to listen to and understand clients’ needs while delivering solutions that meet those needs. This person spends approximately half of their time meeting with clients and half of their time preparing solutions in the office. They will also be responsible for project administration including, but not limited to: estimating, executing agreements, billing, change orders, completion certificates.
Senior Landscape Designer/Architect
A Senior Landscape Designer/Architect is a highly experienced team member with extensive knowledge in the design and planning of outdoor living projects including, but not limited to: decks, pergolas, structures, cabanas, outdoor rooms, patios, retaining walls, patios, plantings, irrigation, audio/visual, pools, spas, and the like. This person has extensive knowledge in construction means, methods and techniques and has the ability to translate them to computer aided drawings that can be used for construction.
Turf Care Team Leader
The Turf Care Team Leader is an experienced landscape professional that is responsible for a variety of maintenance related activities including, but not limited to; turf applicator, aeration/seeding, landscape lighting checks and troubleshooting, irrigation checks and troubleshooting, water feature checks and troubleshooting, punch list items, warranty items, and other miscellaneous landscape management and snow related activities.
